Goods must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your shipment for any reason other than a warranty claim. Products must be unused and without any damages to receive a full refund or exchange. There will be a 15% restocking fee for items that do not meet these conditions. Please call us for a Return Authorization number before sending your package.
When returning merchandise, please include a copy of your receipt as well as a note stating whether you want to exchange it for a different product or receive a refund. The returned merchandise excluding your original shipping charges and restocking fee (if applicable) will be credited back to your credit card. Use the original box to ship returned items. Make sure your returned merchandise is packed securely to prevent damage to the product. Please ship your returns by UPS Ground to:

If you have received the wrong product(s) or the merchandise arrived damaged, please call us at 704-795-0438 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday, and one of our customer service representatives will make arrangements to have UPS pick up the product(s) at no cost to you.
